Ben and Alisa unintentionally met each other in one great party. Alisa was a cuties and charmed woman on the party that why made her as the most interesting person during that day. Many male even old or young were all surprisingly targeted to her. Anyway, Ben was just a simple man, he no one is interested to him. At the end of the party, Ben was bravely to ask Alisa for a date at one coffee shop. Alisa was greatly surprised; however, because of her naturally friendly and opening mind, she decided to agree the proposal.
Both of them met and sat in one romantic cafe shop, Ben was very nervous and he was nearly can't say or do anything, while our beautiful and cutie princess, Alisa, she also felt very bored and her one wish at that time was " Please let me back home". Immediately, Ben finally call the waiter for asking; "Would you mind bring me some salt? I need it for my cafe." Many people was very shocked and looked at him so strangely, he was very embarrassed, but he still put the salt into his glass and tried all his best to drink it all. Then, Alisa astonishingly asked him "Why do you drink like that? Is it your habit?"
He answered quickly and politely when I was a kid, I lived near the bench; I like the sea very much. I loved the tasted of the sea especially the salted cafe; I drink it everyday until now for remaining me the good memorial during my childhood live and my childhood place. I really really miss my parents, my relatives and my friends. His tear was went out during his speech that why led Alisa to feel excitedly in her mind. This is the certain feeling that out of his heart, I must say; Alisa thought. Alisa started to think that the man who has romantic feeling like him and can express it out is a responsible man who love and response for his family. Then Alisa started talk about her childhood and her family to Ben.
It was a sweetly conversation and it also the first starting point of their first true love story, too. They usually made a date regularly. Alisa understood that Ben is a person who she need for her life and can provide the happiness for her life. Hence, they were in love with each other and got married. After they got married, they both lived in the happiness life. Everyday, Alisa usually made a cup of cafe and add some salt instead of sugar for her lovely husband, Ben.
40 years later, Ben was passed away and left one letter for Alisa. In the letter, he wrote that; “Dear Alisa, My lovely wife, let me sorry for one mistake that I did to you, I said a lie to you that it was only the first, the last and the only one mistake that I did to you. My lie was about my Salted café. Do you still remember about our first meeting? I seemed really nervous at that time when I was near you. At that time, I wanted to ask for sugar not salt; however, I was confused to ask for Salt. In such circumstance, I was really hard to change it that why I must need to do like that and so on. I promised I‘ve never intended to lie you but I was so very embarrassed and felt so very nervous of telling you the trust. I really wanted to tell you the trust because I promised to myself and to you that I will be honest to you forever. Now, I was dead, so I will not be faced with the feared for telling you the trust, honestly being, I did not like the salted café because it was hard to drink. From the time I knew you, you always made it for me everyday even it was hard to drink; however, I love what you do for me even this tasted, I did not feel any regret of what I did for you. Be with you in my life was so very meaning and my life was utopia already because I love you. If we can meet each other again in next life, I still wish to live with you and drink the salted café which made by you again and forever even it is very hard to drink, but I still am satisfied with it. Let me say sorry again. I love you, my dear.
Alisa’s tear was gone out. Sometimes, some of her and his husband’ friend asked her that “what is the taste of Salted café?” Her answer was; “It was very sweet and couldn’t forget, you would save it in your good memorial until the end of your life”.
